You just bought this nice video game called Bloodbath - Fight for your Life ? and when you want to play it, you get this error "Failed to create the D3D9 Device! this can happen if the desktop is locked Exiting..." ? well then you need to un-install your current video driver , clean it (look here how to clean video drivers) and then install latest version from here for nvidia and from here for amd radeon.
